Military Ministry
Mission:
The mission of the Military Ministry at CLC is to reach out, care for, and build Military Personnel and their families towards maturity in Christ.
Those Served:
Those served by this ministry are friends and families of those at CLC that choose to serve in the military - both members and nonmembers.
What Can You Do(Any of the below):
- Choose an individual to pray for daily.
- Share God's Word with them.
- Sign them up for ministry by mail.
- Reach out via letters, email, packages.
- Get to know these individuals and their needs.
- Send a Christmas card.
- Share a local newspaper.
- Send a favorite magazine.
- Let them know that they are being prayed for.
- Learn their hobbies.
- Be a friend.
- etc, etc.
This ministry is not about the war - it is about God's children that are serving. Just like us they need Christ, and they need the fellowship to help build their faith.
